Exchanges and/or Returns

Standard products from the Tandwiel.net webshop may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days, starting from the day of receipt. This does not apply to products manufactured according to your specific requirements—such as gears that fall outside the standard range offered in the webshop. You may exchange or return an item in its original packaging by sending it to the address below:

We only accept the return of undamaged products. Please note: the risks and costs associated with a return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, the amount due will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 10 working days.

Complaints Service

All products come with a 12-month warranty. Despite our utmost care and quality control, it is possible that you may discover a material or manufacturing defect after purchase. We therefore recommend that you thoroughly inspect the delivered items immediately upon receipt.

The following defects are not covered by the warranty: wear and tear of gears, defects caused by overloading, or defects resulting from improper use.

In the event of a warranty claim, the item will be repaired by Tandwiel.net. If repair is not possible, a replacement item will be sent. Tandwiel.net will arrange the shipping for warranty-related matters.
